Terms of Service
Last revised October 24, 2026 · Revision 2
InconvenienceFee.com is operated by Cahoonderson LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These Terms explain what you can expect when you use the website and buy a package. Please read them before you pay.
1. Who may use the website
You must be at least 18 years old. The website is for U.S. residents with consumer complaints about businesses operating in the United States. It may not be used against private individuals (for example an employer, landlord, former partner, doctor or neighbor). We may cancel and refund orders that fall outside these limits.
2. What you are buying
Each purchase is a one-time payment for preparing and attempting delivery of one Accountability Notice that you have reviewed and approved. There is no subscription. The price is shown before you pay.
- Basic Digital — we email your approved notice to the business support channel we identify for that company, and you get a downloadable PDF.
- Executive Press — everything in Basic Digital, plus one printed copy sent by USPS to the business’s published mailing address, copies to public business escalation routes we have verified for that company, and optional share text that you write and post yourself.
We send a notice only after you approve it and your payment is confirmed. The Accountability Notice is drafted in English; we may offer a translation.
3. What delivery means, and its limits
For email, a delivery attempt is made when our email provider accepts your notice for sending to the verified business address we identified. Provider acceptance is a fulfillment milestone, not proof of delivery: it does not show the message reached an inbox, and we cannot confirm anyone opened it. If the message is rejected or bounces, or otherwise fails to reach an accepted verified business destination, we review it and offer the remedies in our Refund Policy. For mail, the mailing step is made when our print-and-mail provider hands the printed notice to USPS. Handoff to USPS is not proof that a specific person received it, and we cannot control USPS transit.
Business contact details come from public business sources and may be outdated. Public escalation routes are published business addresses or mailboxes — not personal contacts — and we do not promise that any executive or CEO will receive or read your notice. We do not send to anyone’s personal email, personal phone or home address.
We do not promise a reply, apology, refund, credit or payment from any business.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree that what you submit is true, written from your own first-hand experience, and yours to share. You will not use the website to threaten, harass, pressure, defame or impersonate anyone, or to suggest that a debt or legal obligation exists. You are responsible for checking every fact, name and amount before you approve, and for what you choose to send.
Please do not enter passwords, full card numbers, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers or medical records.
5. AI drafting and review
Your words are processed by an AI service to draft, rewrite, translate and safety-check your notice. AI output can be wrong. Automated checks may remove risky wording (such as threats, insults or unconfirmed accusations) or decline to continue. You can edit the draft, and nothing is sent until you approve it. See the Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.
6. Moderation, suspension and availability
We may refuse, edit for safety, delay or cancel a notice, or suspend an account, if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms, the law or a delivery provider’s rules. If we cancel before delivery, we refund that order. The website is currently a private beta and may be changed, paused or unavailable at times.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Content ownership
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a limited permission to store, process, rewrite, translate, format and deliver it only as needed to provide the service you ordered and to handle support, safety and legal obligations. The website’s own design, text and software belong to us.
9. Disclaimers and limits
We provide the website on an “as is” and “as available” basis and are not a law firm. To the extent applicable law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Utah law except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing here removes rights you cannot waive under applicable law. Parties may bring disputes in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Before filing, we ask that you contact us through the support form so we can try to resolve the issue.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. Revisions apply from the date they are posted and do not change orders you already paid for. If a change is material, we will give any notice and ask for any acceptance that applicable law requires before it applies to you.
12. Contact and complaints
For questions, complaints, refunds or privacy requests, use our support form or email contact@inconveniencefee.com. Written correspondence for Cahoonderson LLC may be sent to 388 E 6220 S, Murray, UT 84107. This is our correspondence address only; it is not a registered agent address and is not used as the return address on notices you send.
