Refund Policy
Last revised October 24, 2026 · Revision 2
Your payment covers preparing and attempting delivery of one Accountability Notice that you approved. It does not buy a reply or a payment from the business. This page explains when we refund.
When the service counts as performed
Email: when our email provider accepts your approved notice for sending to the business address we identified. Acceptance is not proof it reached an inbox or was read. If we observe a rejection or bounce, provider acceptance alone does not end your remedies below.
Mail (Executive Press): when our print-and-mail provider hands the printed notice to USPS. That is not proof a specific person received it.
Drafting, previewing, editing and downloading are not delivery.
Full refund
- You cancel before your notice is sent.
- We cancel your order, or decide it falls outside our eligibility rules.
- No business address accepts the email and we cannot find a working one.
- We cannot produce a usable notice and nothing is sent.
- We sent it to the wrong business because of our lookup error.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
Executive Press: when one part fails
Executive Press includes more than one delivery component (the support email, verified escalation emails and the USPS mailing). If one purchased component fails — for example an email is rejected or bounces, or the mailing cannot be sent — we will offer to reattempt it or give an appropriate refund for that unfulfilled component. If the main benefits of the package cannot be performed, you get a full refund. Every full-refund case listed above still applies.
Mail portion only
If the printed notice cannot be mailed, or USPS returns it as undeliverable to an address we chose, we may re-mail once to a corrected address. If that is not possible, we refund the mail portion of an Executive Press order. You can cancel the mailing before it goes to print; ask quickly, because print timing depends on our mail provider.
Not refundable
A business that does not respond, responds negatively or does not pay; a change of mind after you approved and we delivered; or mistakes in facts you entered.
How to ask
Use the support form with the email used at checkout and your notice reference ID. A person reviews each request, and each refund decision is documented. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
