Privacy Policy
Last revised October 24, 2026 · Revision 2
This policy explains what personal information InconvenienceFee.com handles when you prepare, buy and send an Accountability Notice, why, who receives it, how long we aim to keep it, and how to make a request about it.
Who we are
InconvenienceFee.com is operated by Cahoonderson LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Cahoonderson LLC’s correspondence address is 388 E 6220 S, Murray, UT 84107. For any privacy question or request, use our support form and choose “Privacy or personal data request”, or email contact@inconveniencefee.com.
What we collect
- What you tell us: your description of what happened, the business named, time lost, amounts, your edits, your name and contact details, your return mailing address for mailed notices, and support messages.
- Sign-in: if you sign in with Google, your name, email and Google account identifier. We do not receive your password. Guest checkout is also possible.
- Payments: our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card. We receive payment status, amount, and Stripe reference identifiers (such as session, payment and refund IDs), not your full card number.
- Delivery: email sending events and print-and-mail status from our providers.
- Business details: published business addresses and contact routes used to address your notice.
- Automatic records: drafting conversation logs, safety-check outcome codes, help-search terms typed into our help widget, counts and totals for our own reporting, administrator audit logs, and error and security logs.
How we use it
To draft, translate, safety-check and deliver your notice; to take payments, send receipts and handle refunds; to answer support and privacy requests; to prevent abuse and keep the website secure; to improve the website using counts and totals; and to meet legal obligations. We do not use your notice for advertising.
Who receives it
- The business you name receives the notice you approve, including the name, contact details and (for mailed notices) return address you put on it. Executive Press copies also go to that business’s public escalation routes.
- Service providers we use to run the website: our hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud), our AI provider (accessed through Lovable’s AI gateway), Stripe for payments, our transactional email sender, and Lob for printing and USPS mailing. Each handles data under its own terms with us. We have not yet confirmed the storage regions or security measures each provider uses, so we do not make claims about them here.
- Others when required: professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires or to prevent serious harm, and a successor if the business is transferred.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and provide any choices the law requires.
AI processing
Your words are sent to an AI model to draft, rewrite, translate and safety-check your notice. Before sending, we automatically try to remove common sensitive patterns: payment-card numbers, Social Security and similar tax numbers, some government ID, medical record and bank account numbers, personal phone numbers, and passwords, PINs or security codes. This detection is pattern-based and can miss things. Names, email addresses, postal addresses and dates are not removed. Whether the AI provider keeps inputs or uses them to train models depends on its terms, which we are still confirming, so we make no promise about it here. Please do not enter sensitive information you do not want processed.
How long we keep it
These are targets, not automated promises. Today, deletion is done by an administrator; no automatic deletion schedule runs yet. These periods are still under review and may change.
- Drafting conversation logs: about 90 days.
- Notice and order records: about 24 months after the order.
- Help-search terms, reporting totals and admin audit logs: about 24 months.
- Payment and tax records: as long as tax and accounting rules require; we have not yet set a specific period.
- Account details: while your account exists, or until a deletion request is handled.
A notice already delivered cannot be recalled from the business. Backups may hold copies for a time after deletion from live systems.
Security and location
Connections use HTTPS, and access to customer records is limited to authorized administrators who use two-step sign-in. Storage-level protections are provided by our hosting provider under its terms. We have not yet confirmed where each provider stores data, so we do not promise storage in a particular country. No system is perfectly secure.
Cookies and similar technology
We use browser storage and cookies that the website needs: keeping you signed in, saving your language choice and draft, and remembering a trusted device for administrator two-step sign-in. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Payment pages provided by Stripe may set their own cookies under Stripe’s terms.
Privacy requests
You can ask to access or receive a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, opt out of marketing, or ask a question. We offer these options to every customer, whether or not a privacy law applies. Some state laws give residents specific rights only when a business meets size or volume thresholds; we do not claim any particular law applies to us, but if one does, you will receive the rights it gives.
Use the support form and choose “Privacy or personal data request”, or email contact@inconveniencefee.com. You get a request number. Where needed, we confirm your identity with a one-time link sent to the email on your records, valid for 24 hours, or by a person comparing limited details with you. We never ask for a full card number, Social Security number, password or ID copy. Our target is to respond within 30 days; we will tell you if we need more time. Some records may be kept where the law or a legitimate need such as tax, chargebacks or legal claims requires; we will tell you what was kept and why. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
If you disagree with our answer, you may appeal through our support form or by emailing contact@inconveniencefee.com with “Appeal” and your request reference in the subject line. Our privacy emails come from an address that does not accept replies, so please do not reply to them. You may also contact your state attorney general or the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
Children
The website is not for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used it, tell us through the support form and we will review and delete the information.
Changes
Last revised October 24, 2026. If we make a material change, we will post the revised policy here and give any notice or ask for any consent the law requires before applying it to information we already hold.
